my cousin and his wife are expecting a baby and it is not xpected to live because it has a rare genetic problem. i wanted to get something with a guardian angel on it for the baby. do you think that would be ok??

Yes, it would be fine. You will be acknowledging this little life and the great loss that the parents will be going through. People often try to ignore issues like this and that can make the grieving parents feel alone and as if others think their baby never existed. Go ahead and get the guardian angel item for the baby.

So sad... I think your idea is a great way of showing your care/concern. I was in the same situation with my cousin, unfortunately she flew off the deep end. Knowing that her emotions were on a roller coaster I let it go, a few weeks later she apologized to me, and said what it really meant to her. I would make sure it was at the right time.

I think thats a wonderful idea I wish them all the best and hope they get some wonderful time with there baby, some babys are told they have little chance to live and they have the will to live. Good luck

I think any gesture of support would be great right now. I am sorry to hear about your cousin's loss.
The other thing you can do is just let them know you are there for them. When things are stressful, getting daily activities done is difficult. Sometimes doing a load of laundry or bringing by dinner (if you guys are close) helps too.

that is so sweet of you. your cousin is going thru a tough time right now and if their baby dies it will get even tougher. it's a great idea to buy an angel for them.

thats really sad...cause everyone wants to be excited a bout having a baby...id get them a guardian angel...maybe theyll get to play with him a lil longer...jeez...goodluck to yall
