Yes, I think they will, given that the repuglicans are in trouble the oil company's know that and lowered the price to fool people into thinking everything is well. As soon as the election is over they will raise it back up for some more record breaking profits.

Yes they will increase., The government will say they have nothing to do with that, but now that they are low they like to take the credit. Bush, congress and the rich investors are increasing their wealth, as the middle class is going under.
