But U can't write it alone if U r Mailing someone
U have to write the No. of the Building before it.

Ask the one who Give U the Address about the No. of the Building he live on it.
& The Floor & The Full name
Full name here in Egypt is 4 Names follow Each other
My Name, My Dad Name, My Grandpa name, My Dad Grandpa name
If U can't get more details about this one & U live in Egypt.

There is something wrong with this address for a very simple reason;

Hedaia or Hedaya however spelled is a feminine word in arabic and can not be complimented by Basha, which is a male word.
In other words it can be Hadaya Road, but not Hedaya Basha, no way. Something is missing or wrong. If it boils down to spelling use Hedaya instead of Hedaia.

check if the address is like that: Hedaya station, Sabba Pasha, Gleem, etc.

It depends whose transliterating it. Since those names are in arabic the only correct spelling would be spelled in Arabic. Since it's been transliterated into English it can only be correct in comparison to someones transliteration of it. I don't think it will matter though even if you are sending something there they will figure it out.
