The statement as a whole is correct, yes. Because, when you are good with yourself then everyone else around you is good also. When you are down in the dumps and negative the world is an ugly place. But no, not everyone will smile with you. Some people will be ultimately jealous of your happiness and try their hardest to bring you down. Its just human nature....

Maybe the whole world won't smile with you, but a few people. When you smile at people, they normally return your smile even though they don't know you. So keep smiling.

Most of the things that I smile about don't make the rest of the world smile. So, I'd have to say most of the time, we're working on opposite sides of the axis.

unfortunately I wish this were true. When I am happy I know that there are people that are not so happy that I know and that puts a little damper on my joy..
