Human senses are limited. Even though he claims that he has powerful five senses, he cannot feel lot of things which the other beings can do. For example, the bats uses the power of echo to find the distance of the object in front of them. That is why they could fly even in nights.
All along man tries to get new senses. And vice versa also. Recently there was a news clipping which says that an elephant can make around 30 distinct correct human voices somewhere in Thailand.
There should be ways to sense which we dont know. So we cannot say that every thing can be 'viewed' as viewing is also one form of knowing something.
Watching some other beings will make us to learn to communicate with them. Like man communicate with dogs which is very common.

Here is an answer from Science (may be off topic)
The spectrum of electromagnetic radiation
What we see with our eyes is electromagnetic radiation, which is a kind of a wave that can travel through space.
We can see a range of colors of light.
red
yellow
green
blue
violet
The difference between colors is the wavelength of the waves.
The range of available wavelengths is called the spectrum .
We can see only a small part of the full spectrum of electromagnetic radiation.
radio (> 10 cm)
microwave (1 cm)
infrared ( 10^-5 m)
visible ( 500 nm = 5 x 10^-7 m)
red (700 nm)
yellow
green
blue
violet (400 nm)
ultraviolet ( 10^-7 m)
xrays ( 10^-10 m)
gamma rays (< 10^-11 m)
We can, however, detect all of the above with the aid of appropriate equipment.
Most these are useful in daily life:
* radio: transmission of radio and television signals.
* microwave: radar, cooking.
* infrared: heating, remote controls for couch potatoes, images with special cameras.
* visible: our ordinary main way to get information about the world.
* ultraviolet: special effects with fluorescent materials, skin tanning (beware!).
* xrays: images of parts inside our bodies.
* gamma rays: useful in science, but I don't know of any "practical" uses.

The fact that the being we are viewing as a human being is not just limited to what we perceive as a manifestation through the body that presents the human being.... A little deeper perception could afford experience of the 'physical' nature of the thought power of this human being and its capabilities, thereby also to experience the unlimited nature of the subtle being within it !

What can be viewed by a bird from the sky will be more than what you are viewing on the plane, as a human being. In other words, the bird's eye view has more length and breadth of vision than the narrow view of the human being.

To tack on to ideaquests answer, there are many frequencies to be perceived, only a limited amount are currently perceivable by todays means. Understanding the other frequencies that exist and how they interact with each other and with the frequencies we understand is yet to be understood, and should be and understanding we reach for.
