When does that Voter ID CARD with the Microchip take affect?

Will I get to at least vote one more time to try to stop this?

You people can take a bar code if you want to but if you took the time to look up what in them bar codes you might change your mind, but I doubt it.

The voter ID card is just one more step.Most state Drivers license/ID cards can all ready be scanned or swiped.All new Passports have a bar code.
It's to late to vote your all ready in the system.According to bush its all to help stop terrorism.And I believe in the tooth fairy.
