I'm constantly thinking. It takes me forever to get to bed at nights because I just keep thinking of random things. Like what would I do tomorrow, what would it be like if..., and just other random things. I'm not worrying about these things, just thinking about them. Then I think of things that I'd like to do or need to remember, and if I don't write them down right away I will stay awake all night trying to make myself remember them. Crazy actually.

It is not Wrong thinking is never wrong - Sometimes our reactions to what we think about are wrong- but if we ever stop thinking- we would be dead!
Sometimes we need to try and relax to sleep or de-stress- you can do this many ways...
Yoga soft instrumentalist music(NO LYRICS) and meditation
For example:
Think about your feet consintrate on each toe...then move up to your ankles flex and relax each part of your body as you move slowly with your mind up yofron the bottom to the tip of your head ... With practice you won't be able to make it to the top of your head before falling asleep!
Good luck and sweet dreams

Thinking can be both a good and bad thing. If you take the time to think about something before doing it it can work in your favour, but sometimes we tend to over think and this can work against us. Besides I guess it all depends on who is doing the thinking and what exactly they are thinking about. For every war mankind has witnessed it all started with a single thought.

I always feel like i am thinking. About everything. Things i have done in the past, stupid stuff i got away with, stuff i didn't get away with, what I'll do later, what I should do etc. I wish i could slow down a little. It seems to cause anxiety.

I used to think that, because we live in a society that discourages contemplation and that is suspicious of intellectualism.
Now, I feel it's fun to think things through; it's not hurting anyone, it's helping me make sense of the world and I think in the end, it makes me a better person.
There's nothing wrong with thinking. In fact, our world could use a lot more people who bother to think.

Others used to tell me, "You think too much." And it was rather intense, to be constantly thinking. Now, myself and my friends regret that I can not seem to hold a thought as well as I once did. Age, maybe?

Yes,sometimes. But normally,I think for example of one thing, after it's been regulated already I think of other things around. We divide the simple ideas or the complicated ideas, and the time depends based on that.

you need to be in a very quiet place alone close your eyes and the only thought in your mind should be "nothing"--just a clear mind remember to relax your soul. after a few minutes you can come back to the real world but with a clear and fresh mind.
