Yes of course. Any company or institution needs a good mix of young and old co-workers. The young ones bring the fresh and innovative ideas which keep the organization up to date. The older ones provide the corporate memory and because of their experience they can often save the company a bundle of money by preventing costly mistakes.

Yes I would. As most of the time they are more reliable & trust worthy. They tend to stay on the job longer. Most people in thier 20's change jobs quite often. There fore I would have the expence of training a new person allover again.

Without a doubt because they can bring a wealth of knowledge and experience that can be passed on to the younger workers,that is after all how they learnt in the first place,as stated earlier they are more reliable and trustworthy and grateful to be working.

Ya, sure. I have a workmate that is going to retire soon and she's the best evah! She's in the business for a long time and has the best experience among my fellow workers.
