"Hello Clarise" is from Hannibal in the Hannibal Lector series, Silence of the Lambs, Red Dragon, and Hannibal.
Clarise is the FBI agent Hannibal is interested in and eventually captures in the Hannibal movie but she gets away.. Good Movies. Check em out you can rent them at blockbuster.. "IF YOU BUILD IT THEY WILL COME" is from the movie Field of Dreams, it's a baseball movie with all the baseball greats and legends in it. It's about a man (Kevin Costner) who purchases a farm and instead of farming corn he destroys the corn field because he heard "IF you Build it they will come" so he built a baseball field instead..
