nah..its tooo dangerous..you'll never know what kind of people are out there, moreover if you're a tourist, people take advantage of you. Think twice before you go unless u like adventure and getting lost, being kidnapped, i can gooo on and on.....

Can't say I have tried it but the best times I had when travelling was with the company of my family and/or my husband and it's always nice to share the experience with the people you love. If I go alone after the trip I could just imagine re-telling stories but not re-living all the experience with someone. Plus who would take your pictures if you travel alone? You will always be at the mercy of strangers just to capture the moment and the background in stills.

I prefer travelling with someone -- if you travel alone, you almost have to meet other travellers to have some company. I'm always more adventurous when I have a companion, but if it were a popular travel destination, I'd go there alone, counting on meeting cool people there. As safety goes. . . sure, it'd be better travelling alone in Europe or Korea than in unstable parts of Africa or Southeast Asia.

depends on which country. i have traveled alone before and met some really nice people along the way and the bonus is that you dont have a nagging wife/girlfriend following you everywhere!

Yes u can but beware of strangers who may cheat you or con you. Make sure you meet the right kind of people as foreigners like to get free ride frompeople they do not know and ended up in big trouble and danger; its all in your judgement of the person you come into contact....

i'm going on a round the world trip by myself. it's meant to be a very enlightening experience -- so long as you have friends/family in some parts of the world. Make sure you read up about where you go to first, thought.
please check out my latest question and see if you can answer it.
