it is terrific...where are ya?...are ya taking a computer engg. or thinking of taking one in English medium?...it is real damn promising field...and try to find a reputed institution for it too.
And are ya interested in that stuff too? If ya are not , don't try to jump into it just its scope seem cool. BUt once ya are done with the course if wil be a lot of money and satisfaction..

You want my advice ..from my experience .software engineering are more wanted these day than general computer engineering...yesterday i am checking some job opportunity at navadi company the leading GPU check what the market want before u choose your major check the website http://www.nvidia.com/page/home.html
