How about listening to your favourite music? That always helps me to feel better...but hey, you know, it just sounds like you´re havin one of those days, and i know how much those suck but try to not let it get you down, ok? The great thing about music, is that no matter what kind of day you´re havin, what kind of mood you´re in, and no matter how old you get, that song that you love so much, will never change, and everytime you listen to it, it´ll remind you of how it makes you feel...so thats why music is like my sanctury, but it doesnt necesarrily have to be yours...the people you love, in my opinion are the best when it comes to makin you smile again...just find somethin that makes you feel great, and then hold onto that. And just so you know, its okay to feel blue sometimes, its just how we humans are, but just remember that no matter whats goin on in your life at the moment, the things that make you smile will always be around, as long as you let them in. Im not sure if i made a whole lotta sense there lol..but i really hope this helps. =)

I say do something nice for someone else. Get your attention off of yourself. Make it your mission to cheer someone else up. Go buy some flowers and bring them to the nursing home. Give them to the workers. Go stand in line at the grocery store and give $20 dollars to the person that looks the most frustrated, even if it's the cashier. Let her manager know so that they won't think she is pocketing funds. Be a blessing and you will be blessed.

try this joke. I woke up finding my horse sleeping in my guest bedroom. Must have left the back door open last night. She got a headache, feeling lousy ..... not knowing I ask her "so why the long face". lol lol

Go out into a public place (a mall, wal-mart mcdonalds what ever) and act like nepolean dynamite, you'll feel like an *** but when you leave you'll laugh like a piss drunk baboon.

It happens...what I do is get a cup of coffee and listen to my fave song on my iPod, this cheers me up.

sit in toilet for long hours... if possible carry a good book or new paper.... tension is bound to get relieved, if not for sure you will feel free.....
if it was not morning, try tricks like watching sky for long or if you have fish tank at home, watch them -- extremely relaxing to watch fishes.

chocolate milk shake and a wonderful cheeseburger with everything on it. the kind that juice drips off you elbow when you eat it.
