Depends on which position are you asking about, but i think recently, i would pick Pirlo from Italy, i tend to like midfielders more.

Good football player means a player which can change the score by the goals or assists. Also he has to play for show.
Beautiful goals, clever assists and a football show means Ronaldinho at this moment. BUT I enjoy watching him in Barca, he is not good in the national team.
