The first Indian Batsman to hit all the 6 balls of an over for boundaries was Sandeep Patil against England Bowler Bob Willis. Actually that over was of 7 Balls and the 3rd Ball was
a no-ball. Patil hit first 3 balls for boundaries, 4th ball a no ball and against the next 3 balls to boundaries

Chris Gayle of the West Indies was the first batsman in test cricket to hit all six balls of one over for four against Australia. In 1968, Gary Sobers became the first ever batsman to hit six sixes off one over of six consecutive balls in first-class cricket. However I'm not sure if six boundaries (4or6 or a mixture of the two) came before either of these. And it may have happened in club cricket that is unrecorded so I don't think you will ever know the first time this ever happened in any form of cricket.
