It will be a one bedroom.
I hardly think its going to be £600 a month for bills, otherwise in total the whole thing will cost me £2 a month- you could get a 3 bedroom elsewhere for that

Find out from the council or the current owner if there is one how much they cost, council can give you council tax band and rate.

Combined, if well insulated your gas and electricity will be about £35 a month if on your own.

Depends though, how much you use oven, use bath, shower etc.

Depends on bedrooms but roughly

£30 - £45 gas
£30 electric
£25-£30 water
Then you have tv license, council tax etc. Look on your local council's webpage to get council tax details.

Not sure what the mortgage re payments would be but my mortgage is for €200K so that is roughly £157K and my repayments are €849 so roughly £668 when converted to sterling but they all have different interest rates, check out all the bank providing mortgages and compair their interest rates most of them have online calulators so you can see what ther repayments are for there interest rate

it all depends on how long you want to pay the mortage off for on your house first divide it by the number of years you want to pay it off then by this amount divide it into 12 and that is roughly what you will pay a month i think it works out about £500 if your paying off over 25 years. But i am no mortage broker or estate agent so don't know if this is how they work it out.

good luck.

It depends on the interest rate that the bank is going to give you on the loan... It also depends on how many years you are trying to finance the property...

To calculate it, you will have to use:

Roughly, you can use the following formula:

Monthly Payment = 150000 x (interest rate) / (number of years x 12)

this is hard to answer because council tax varies so much, i pay £90.00 a month in council tax alone + £20.00 water + £30.00 electric and £20.00 Gas. THis is without phone and tv licence
