Strength: tell them things you are good at, like organising and priorotising your workload and give an example of a situation when you did so. If you just tell them your strengths without an example then it will not make a great impression (they might even doubt your abilities)
Weakness: don't say your weakness is that you try to work too hard or you are too ambitious, that is just stupid. Your drive is not your weakness. Eveyone one has a weakness, no one is perfect and if you say you don't have proper weakness, they KNOW you are lying. If some aspect of the job requires the person to deal with people for example, then NEVER say your weakness is to do with interaction with poeple.
You should COME UP with something that might be perceived as a weakness. However, don't leave it at that. Explain what you do to OVERCOME that weakness. Example you can say, my weakness is that i sometimes get nervous doing a presentation in front of a large crowd (stage fright). However you try to overcome this by doing extentive research in to the subject, being well prepared, memorising the important bits, rehearsing the presentation with someone and getting a feedback...etc. This way you can show that you are a normal human being who has normal weakness but you recognise your weakness and taking action to get over it.
This is the best way to give an answer. Remember lying in an interview is not a crime ;-)
Now gimme my 10 points...lol

Hopefully you can come up with a list of strengths that are suitable for the job that you have applied for. You need to think "What do they want me to be like?" and then list your strengths based upon how you think they want you to be. Do not lie about your strengths because if you get found out then you will loose the job straight away without any pay.
As for weaknesses, this area you have to pick things that can be construed as strengths as well - an example may be "I find it hard to delegate tasks because I am not sure that others can meet my high standards, but it is something that I have to work on with the team when I meet them"
Good Luck

Be specific, for example if you say you're organised tell them why, anyone can make up their strengths, but if you can give examples you will be in a stronger position.
Also be specific and honest about your weaknesses and how you would like your new employers to work with you on them.
Saying crap like my only weakness is working too hard would make me show you the door immediately.
If you tell them you can integrate into a team tell them why, be specific and give an example of when you have done this. Just saying it will carry no weight whatsoever.

The weakness question is hard (in fact, the strengths question can be tricky too, as the British in particular feel awkward about 'blowing your own horn' - here, blow away - tell them how hard working, committed, smart etc you are - that's your chance to sell yourself!).
I think you should sound believable, but clearly, you don't want to admit to anything too horrendous. Me, I'd go for something slightly quirky (I often say 'I'm a mine of useless trivia', or that I tell terrible jokes, or that I love reading even late at night). But that's me.
Top tip - never, ever slag off your previous employers - no matter why you left or how bad they were.
Good luck!

I consider being a workaholic a weakness, I like to see that employees have well-balanced lives and won't burn out.
Anyhow, you've gotta be honest about what they are because they may check your references and they may flat out tell the interviewer what they are, so if you 're unsure ask a past or current co-worker you can trust for some honest feedback on both.
Good luck - hope you nail it!

first you must be no shalontly in control of the interview. dont let them know by bieng an ***, just talk to them like thier your friend and when asked the weaknes strength question say well i am a very determaind person, what i want i reach for till i get it. i dont quit because of a few set backs, i just keep truddgin along till i get it. and for a weakness say you just have this soft spot in your heart for helping out when asked. your unabkle to turn down a coworkers request for assitance. dont be nervous at interview they could percive tht as lieing, be proud and happy.
