Please tell me where can I look for help if I'm in a foreign country and I can't go back home (NO EMBASSY)

I am currently stayng at Socialist Republic Of Vietnam
and I want to go back home but i have no money for that and
also my documents were lost while I was on the move around
and now I am in a total DEAD END so please if enyone knos a way to help me e-mail me in instance!!! PLEASE I am running
out of time here people!!!

O.K. Here Is the deal:
I'm from Bulgaria but the Embassy refuses to help me because i have living relatives in here!!!
As for them - they dont care if I'm alive or not so asking them for help is like waiting for a letter from a dead man!!!

Only if I wasn't such an idiot to believe that my father has changed - as you can guess
he didn't !!!And so instead of a happy reunion between father and son (my parents got divorced 10 years ago) I got a full time lone worker job at his farm while all he does is to sleep in his hammock and
thinck of what is the best way to humiliate me for the moment so I can feel realy "COOL" stayng here !!!

Now I can write you here the full story wich wold be the size of "War and Peace" but I
am shure that even like that it's enough for you to understand my situation at the moment....

And by the way - Please excuse me for any mistaces in writing but I've learned English by my self so my grammar ai'nt the best as you can seeprobably!

I think I'm going to hit the DEAD END because after this letter i will probably be out of cash and you can all guess what does that mean in a foreign country.And as for the ideas thanks but right now its almost 8pm so I can't go anywhere,not that I have the money for that,local cops say I'm
out of their competence as for other bulgari
ans to help me... well where to find them at 8 pm at night when I got no idea where am I

OK everyone I,m up for a few days more now thanks to a nice spnish couple that I met in the diplomatic quarter here.

1.My dad still pretends that I don't exist on this planet so he doesn't have to help me for anything.
2.The Bulgarian embassy still sasys that because I got "dady" here they can't help
me with a thing.
3.I couldn't find any bulgarians here but I'm
still searching and I hope for succes.....
4.I tried a few other international organisa-
tions and institutions but no luck for now.....

First of all u haven't told what's ur nationality, so it's difficult to answer properly, but.....................
TRY TO CONTACT SOME FRIENDLY COUNTRY's EMBASSY (The Embassy of your country's closest friend)
Example: If u r an American try to contact British, German, French or Canadian Embassy.
