Are there any European countries where private firework parties are not allowed?

I know this applies in the Republic of Ireland, having visited several times, and wondered whether there are any others

there not allowed in the uk anymore I dont think, due to accidents
There also not allowed at all here in australia, very illegal, u cant buy them in shops of anything

I think they had a law like that in Denmark sometime. I'm not sure if it's still valid though.
