I only found out had a cyst when i was pregnant, got excellent medical care, they were worried that the baby wouldn't move the same, i got a bit lucky, have got great scans at 36 weeks. I never felt anything other than the baby moving. Was by my due date, and delivered normally, no problems other than my baby was a bit small. When he was 14 weeks old i was advised to have it out or it could cause problems, which i did, still no pain, they took out one side of my ovary and 3 years later pregnant again.
Hope this gives you some reassurance

It depends on a lot of factors such as have you had a child before, where the cyst is situated, can it be removed safely, how big the cyst is? But don't worry just yet as many women have given birth to healthy children after being diagnosed with an ovarian cyst.

Hi, as most here already said, it depends on the size and location of the cyst. I was also trying for a baby and therefore had all necessary health check-ups done. My doc now suspects a cyst on my ovary and I have to wait for a scan.
Some cysts disappear by themselves afer a while, but my personal opinion is, that if there is something that shouldn't be there, then it needs to get out. I have postponed my baby plans now, as I don't want to risk any complications during pregnancy.
I wish you all the best.

When I had my first child the scan showed a large cyst on my right ovary. They kept an eye on it but it grew to 10cm(!) and was pushed underneath the baby's head so I had to have a c section to get the baby out and remove the cyst. I'm very thankful to medical technology as in years gone by I'd have died trying to give birth. However, having one ovary didn't stop me getting pregnant (at the first attempt) with my daughter, 10 months later! So the message is, don't worry. Speak to your doctor/midwife or consultant and they will tell you all you need to know about your particular case.

Not a problem when trying to conceive, although it might cause your hormones to go slightly wonky if the cyst encourages too much oestrogen production. That won't be problematic for conceiving though.

I have a cyst joining my ovary to my bowel and have had 2 kids without any problems. If you are majorly worried go and have a chat with your GP, they should be able to reassure you.
