No, there isnt.

...but someone should do something about what these people are calling "news journalism"...used to be respectable because they researched all the facts before telling us the news- now, they tell you everything they hear, right or wrong, and call it a story.

Countries have agrrements and rights to respond to hijacking as provided under the rules of International Law. Reaction to hijackers can be carried out in the location where the crime has taken place or upon arrival in a destination.

how would someone Hijack a country? I think It'd be hard to steer.
