There are people, who straightaway dismiss Astrology with a contemptuous gesture by calling it a superstition. They never visit any Astrologers nor show any interest in Astrology.

However, a certain section of people are there, who speak ill of Astrology, after visiting about scores of Astrologers from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and performing all types of Astrological remedies at all the holy places and finding no positive results.

In spite of all the odds and blocks, Astrology has been growing as never before in the recent times through out the world, especially over the last few decades after so much attacks and onslaughts on it. If Astrology is really false and if there is no truth at all in it, it would not have had its fascination and strong hold on the masses in this 21st century.

Astrology is a brilliant subject and a careful handling of this subject will definitely yield results. Astrologers (including myself)may err but not the antiquity of Astrology or the theory laid down on it. The opponents of Astrology, who, knowing not much or nothing at all of Astrology indulge freely in vituperations or tirades against Astrology, however its glory can never be buried.

However, obeying the planetary position in a horoscope, to a very large extent, is also not advisable. There is a proverb; ‘Fools obey the planets and the wise men control them’. How to control? Is it by performing some Astrological remedies? The answer will be a definite yes, but to certain extent.

I agree with 'nupakry' in his saying that astrology would not grow manifold unless it got the fascination through out the world. He or she(sorry if its not she) has well said that only fools obey the planets and the wise always control them. if everything not only astrology is handled with care always the mankind would reap its benefits. To quote a few bad example of astrology is being put to an enormous abuse in India of late is the news of human sacrifice under the auspices of astrology. There many instances of 'black magic' applied under the excuse of astrology which brings astrologers the bad name. One should use the astrology to its beneficial and positive aspect and not to the negative ends. At the same tone I wish to say to those who strongly believe in astrology that astrology can not be relied on totally when it comes to one's studies, career, sports, finance, marriage etc. If a student excels good in sports one should not force him on something he or she is not interested but astrology predicts so. Where there is a good prospect for someone to do good in marketing naturally the astrology should not come in the way and put him into medicine. That creates chaos in a person's future. Success is guaranteed if one blends the two extremes and makes the most out of whatever that is said and practised.

yes is I do, as no matter what people say, its scientific.
As gravity is for real, planets are for real, planetary movements are for real..tides being controlled by the moon is for real, so is astrology.
It is nothing but a study of your natal charts and planetary positions!

If the moon can control the sea..then as our body has 70% water...then why cant the planets controls us?

ASTROLOGY IS BASED ON CALCULATION . THESE CALCULATIONS ARE DRAWN FROM PAN-CHANG BUT IF PAN-CHANG IS WRONG THE CALCULATIONS DRAWN FROM IT WILL BE WRONG.THE CORRECT ASTROLOGICAL DATA HAS BEEN LOST THAT IS WHY PREDICTIONS GOES WRONG .THEREFORE , PRESENTLY WE CANNOT BELIEVE IT.
