You can do just as much with a $40 (or less) cleanse from your local health food store. I, as well as many of my clients, use a product from Renew. It's simple, effective, and safe. Check with the staff at the store to see which one they recommend. Your wallet will thank you.

I have been using a colonix and detox program from www.Dr.Natura.com. I think their product is great and very gentle. Check out their website.
