Yes when it comes to personal freedom, but no because people get paid very little, pollutions laws are not strengthened and people way of life are disregarded. US is a young country compare to some that it is trying to help. Overall the US should concern itself with itself and only use might to stop mass murderers like Saddam Hussein but not to force change in a countries culture.

Yeh, you are right tha US doing as might for right. I would like to give two examples:
1. US attacked on Afghanistan, just to find out the Osama but US did not provide any proofs against Osama and destryed the whole Afghanistan. what this is. this is might for right.
2. US attacked Iraq upon the allegation of neculerar weapons. But US could found any kind of weapon there and destryed a coutry. this might for right.
This attitude is not right, people are aware and know what is right and what are the facts and figures.

ha ha ha, that's the funniest thing I've heard today...the US is using its might to make a small group of people fantastically wealthy, it doen't matter that hundreds of thousands of Iraqis etc are dieing are that thousands of Americans are dying.
The monarchy of king arthur was more of a democracy than the US.

The US is simply attempting to enable democracy and freedom to those who are being oppressed. In short attempting to give individuals who don't have freedom the chance to reshape their culture into one that does and respects freedom.
The problem is you can't hand a Viking a fork and expect them to suddenly stop raping and pillaging. Now it appears the Klingons have been handed laser guns as well.

I think the distinction should be made between "might FOR right" and "might IS right".

No. The US, under the leadership of the worst terrorist in history, is using its might to destabalise third world countries so it can steal the oil.
