Is there any PC expert who have time and can help me un-install itunes and Quicktime step by step by email???
when I try to uninstall - I get strange mess. about files can't open or are missing. Make me crazy as hell.
I have been using iTunes for long time, but I am asked to re-install it, but how to da that, if I can't un-install it.

When the uninstall gives an error, the first thing to try is simply to rerun the installation.

If that fails, you will need to delete the registry keys that block the installation and that is risky and can only be done by searching the registry or asking the software creaters. If you want to take the risk, go to Start->Run, type in "regedit" and hit ok.

Then in the registry editor, just do a search for the program name and delete the keys. But once again, if you've never done this kind of operation before, be extremely careful. Also consider backing up your registry first from regedit's file menu, choose export and select ALL in the bottom option.

Just go to Start-> Settings -> Conrol Panel -> Add/Remove Programs-> Choose Itunes from there and click remove..

Same for quick time

I think you've allready tried add and remove programs try going to your search and type in itunes and look in all files and folders and also try looking in hidden files those itunes people are tricky and they scatter files every where. and there may be an uninstal with your itunes in programs good luck
