One nuke can destroy New York City entirely, and pollute the rest of the state with dangerous radioactivity, so your right it's not like what you see on TV, it's quiet worse, serously. I wish they would show just how worse in the media instaed of pretending it's just a big explosion.

Yes, other Countires have Nukes that can reach the U.S. If 50 Nukes hit America, (and they have thousands) there would be no America left, period, no life at all except for roaches since they withstand radiation. Which is sad.

There are very unrelatable ways for U.S. to stop a Nuke from hitting this land. We have technology that tracks Nukes, and send things up to stop them, but again, very unrelable.

So just live your life and hope you don't see a light brighter than the sun appear on the horizion that blinds you for life, followed by either instant death, cancerous radiation poisioning, or Madd Maxx.

Don't let anyone fool you into believing we can easliy stop nukes (fat chance if 100 were shot off at the same time), and don't let anyone make you believe we have all of the nukes, or that because we may have the most, that means we're safe. 20 nukes can put America to rest, you really don't need much to destory the surface of the worlds life. Nuclear destruction power has come a looooooong way since the days of Hiroshima.

The U.S.A. has the most number of nuclear weapons and is the only country to have used them please consider that the rest of the world sees and feels this threat and responds.

Nuclear weapons come in all sizes - as small as a hand carried mortar shell (tactical nuclear weapons) and as large as an Intercontinental missile. they could be put inside a suitcase or a truck, boat small aircraft or one of the millions of shipping containers that enter the U.S. each day. There is no 100% way to prevent this. With the fall of the soviet union there are loose weapons running around. with the proliferation of nuclear power and plenty of radioactive material to build a conventional bomb that spreads radioactive material (dirty bombs) requiring little technical skill.

Countries like Russia, China, UK, France, India, Pakistan, Now North Korea have Nuclear Stocks, In term of delivery the weapon Missile Capability of Russia, China can reach any parts of USA India has Missile Test up to 3000 KM, N. Korea can reach some parts of USA. Regarding tracking of missile USA and its allies is running star war program and it has installed Some kind of shield to intercept in coming missiles. If a Nuclear bomb is dropped according to its power it can destroy all the things around 30 kms the radiation can harm up to 50 kms
Example : US ATTACK ON JAPAN WHICH HAS KILLED 2 MILLION INOCCENT PEOPLES WHO WAS NOT DIRECTLY ENGAGED IN WW2

Well, if they ever did get a nuke over here, which many of them own, it would certainly be enough to ruin your day, however, two things you should know.

First, thanks to the star wars program, if a few nukes get launched over here, we can shoot them down very easily.

Second, while some of our enemies have the means to create nuclear weapons, none of them have the capacity to get them over here. The closest threat was an ICBM that Korea tested, which was a pathetic test that lasted only for a few seconds, so it should prove an extraordinary task to see one launched long enough to come to the US. So, some of them might have uranium, but none of our enemies have any capacity to bring it here.

Russia, China, the European Two (Britian and France) all have either Land-Based ICBM Systems or, in the case of the UK and France, Submarine Delivery Systems, capable of attackign naywhere in the world in a matter of weeks

A thing is sure, NK is not one of them. Barely made one or two bombs, blasted (a mostly failed) one, and their best missile can barely scratch Alaska, blindfolded
