I'm just about to ask this guy i really like out, when my 'best friend' does. And when I'm over him, and like someone else, she dumps the guy to ask my new crush out, what should I do?

Sounds as if your "best friend" isn't such a good friend after all, and that you need to STOP telling her about your crushes. Ask your next crush out before she suspects you like him and then tell her you like him after you are going out with him....watch what she does. When she tries to put the moves on him, confront her about it, and see what she has to say about it. Because from what I can see, she is just using you, and she obviously doesn't care about your feelings. A true best friend wouldn't do that to you.

Ask your friend " What is your freakin problem?" Let her know you think it is more than an accident that she asks out EVERY guy you are interested in. Let her explain then go from there. You may have to tell her she needs a shrink or lay hands on her and pray...who knows...but asking would be the first step.

Pretend to like someone else, then when she jumps on the decoy, you pick up your guy. . . Or I suppose you could just use the man approach of knocking said friend upside the head. . .

Dump her. This happened to me too. It's the girl's insecurities. has nothing to do with you. She needs to know she's as good or better than you and getting the attention away from you does that for her.

She is jealous of you.She is not a real friend.Dont tell her anymore who you like.I would go for who ever you want to be with,,if she beats you to him,,steal him away from her.Tell him that she does this.Dont tell her your bussiness anymore.Id get her out of my life.
