Some things you can forgive and some things cannot and should not be forgiven. Peope who kill for the fun of it or because they can or for some agenda of their own should not be forgiven, but put to death or punished accordingly.
If soemone make a mistake or bad judgement and comits a criime the should get the benefit of the doubt and given a second chance, but habitual criminals, congressmen, ect. who betray the public trust ; no.
Child molestors should be given the max the first time. death.people like rapist do not deserve forgiveness.

Hmmmm.... tough question! I'd say it depends upon the circumstance! I mean if its something like one of your classmates put embarrasing pictures of you up at school, then I'd say vengence. Or if your significant other cheated on you or something like that! However, if its something really small, and the other person says sorry, then I'd say forgiveness!

Forgiveness, most of the time.
But there are situations when we are not capable to forgive, there are things that only God could forgive - than Vengeance with capital V.
