compared to the south. and people say it in the south where there is a lot of racisim.and that is just not so. I do not get it. is it a left over from legal segragation. in the south/ This idea. that a lot of southerners are racist? they were honest about it. but in the north they just discriminated against blacks with out laws to back it up.It was many many years before they integrated the northern schools.after the south integrated.a black can not walk down a whire neighborhoods streets without geting beaten up. I never hear about that sort of thing going on in the south. I read about it all the time balcks getting beaten up. bu whites up north are killed..why this southern racist thing? the north had slaves also. they have blacks also now.

maybe the KKK dont want to live around black so they moved up north
its been nearly 40yrs since the civil right movement, it would be nice to think that there is a whole new generation down south who havnt been brought up racist so they are happily intergrated.
Or maybe the fact they live together has taught them the only difference is the colour of the skin and they realise how ignorant racism is.
