i just have so much junk i dont need all those url's does anyone know how i can clear it completely and start over.

Tools>>>Internet Options, in Content tab select AutoComplete, remove the tick from Web Addresses, click apply, then ok.

On tools menu, in the tab "General", click "Clear History", then click "Delete Cookies" and finally click "Delete files". This will erase your all your browsing history and the URLs you have visited will not be appeared.

go to download.com, and download Free internet window washer, and it will remove all of those for you
