Where can I do some practice trading (where I monitor real stocks but don't I don't put in any of my money yet)? I just "paper trade", but do it as if it is real online trading.

The best site for practicing investing real money is by far www.marketocracy.com The site is meant for simulating running a mutual fund and has great free tools to help you.

Big charts.com or open an account with a broker download the software for realtime quotes but don't fund the account until you are ready you will probably have up to 60 days to fund the account before the broker terminates it
