I posted 2 questions with brief explanations expecting intelligent answers in return, instead out of all the responses I got 2 that answered the questions asked and the rest felt it was their right to attack myself and husbands character, lifestyle, even our education and income levels, which they know nothing about I gave no details about or had anything to do with the questions asked. I had one person say if you don't want to hear the answer don't ask the question, I didn't ask the question and as was the case with the rest of the responses she gave no answers. So what is the real reason for this site? Is it to answer questions that people need answers to? or is it a place for people that have nothing better to do in what must be their perfect lives then to cast judgement, assume facts and attack people they don't know? I wonder if these same perfect people would be so judgemental face to face ? Or accept strangers attacking their families as easily as they attack others?

your question is misdirected. the purpose of this site does not change no matter how it is being used. the purpose is, and has been, for real people to ask and answer other real people in real time. of course some people are going to abuse the chance. big deal. why are you acting so juvenile over some inappropriate responses? don't you deal with this away from the computer? everyone has their right to speech so long as it does not infringe on the rights of others. if you don't like it, use a site that is more strictly governed

Sometimes you have to think about what you ask on here. People on here are cruel and when you let "strangers" know your business you are sort of asking for trouble. I am not saying you deserved it but this is a place where many different types of personalities roam including bullies. I have had one or two of my answers invaded by a couple and I am sure others have had the same thing happen to them. They feed on putting people down and judging. Infact this site is more about opinions than answers.

You gotta realize that forums like this are dominated by youngsters, and some real nasty ones at that! Also some people, (for some unimaginable reason), get off on ripping others verbally! It makes them feel good to anonymously say terrible things! This latest generation of people today, (if you haven't noticed already), is a more angry and vulgar generation!
But, on the bright side, (if there is one), is that some people are genuine and will give honest answers.
You just have to overlook the IDIOTS.

I by no potential hear a controversy by potential of the anti-Witnesses of why I would desire to have faith of their faith. bitter responses are a turn off for me right this moment away. If we are no longer coaching the certainty then why are they no longer coming to my door to coach me or while i'm at their door they why are they no longer attempting in convincing me of the salvation they declare to have as i'm doing for them? easy truly. as quickly as I first began contained in the early days of my ministry I went to the door of a vicar of the interior sight parish. as quickly as I opened the Bible to Daniel 2:40 4 and suggested the dominion the detrimental guy interior moments admitted that I in all risk knew the Bible extra effective than he did. i develop into in easy terms a Bible pupil of a few months and develop into no longer even baptised then, yet this vicar is meant to be the Christian non secular shepherd of his parish and had no - actually, no understanding of the critical subject of the Bible. What an eye fixed opener. It jogs my memory of the scriptures in Matthew 9:36-38 "On seeing the crowds he felt pity for them, because of the fact they have been skinned and thrown approximately like sheep without shepherd. Then he suggested to his disciples: "confident, the harvest is great, however the employees are few. subsequently, beg the grasp of the harvest to deliver out workers into his harvest."

Sadly, most of the people giving answers all seem to be about 12, mentally. I have recieved ignorant answers as well to some of my questions. Should you try to answer their questions with the abuse they hand out I'm sure they will be quick to report you as an abuser. What a double standard, eh?

Just try to ignore the stupid, illiterate, and uneducated ones.

Fortunately, there are some people out there who actually pay attention and are willing to give insightful, and honest answers. I just wish there were more of them.
