Advantage & Disadvantage of working mothers.Are children not given good care.

My daughter was given marvelous care when she was in day care while I worked. It helped her to transition into kindergarten whithout a problem, it helped her with her social skills and ability to adapt to day to day changes without being stressed out over them. As a working mom I never missed out on any of her "firsts" I was always there when they happened. She didn't get her morals and values from day care she got them from her mother. She didn't get her discipline (other than time outs) from day care she got it from her mother which coinsides with the value system in the home. Disadvantages? Ummm maybe that by being exposed to different cultures/languages at an earlier age she was able to learn how to speak another lanugage other than her own fluently before she reached highschool, and would sometimes use that to her advantage at home LOL. But that's it.

I'd say the biggest disadvantage to a family with a working mum ,is that mum does everything including go to work, so ends up drained and exhausted. working or non working is not the issue, mums are either caring or not . mums who works need extra help from their partner and family to help make it work for everybody. mum is the one who is disadvantaged in a working family.

A mother has to work now adays but a good mother would make sure her kids we in good hands and getting anough love. When she has a chance also spending quality time with them.
