B) Arrange Startup C) Anti Virus Program D) Firewall

I am sure you do have a Firewall and Anti V.
but get Ad-aware and Arrange Startup from Cnet.com downloads.

I agree with the people who say run a disk cleanup followed by a defrag. I run a P2P on my computer and it hasn't slowed mine down at all.

Is it windows?

Try a cleanup of temp files and uninstall all unnecessary software.

Then you could do a scan-disk and then disk defragment.

Works for me.

and tell me what speed and the hard drive space and how much is left and how much ram you have and what video card your using.
