we had election in our co-op, but we fill that sposor and he also president and managmant, he will not give up his power,so easily. as there any legal ways that we can take,if he will refuse.,

As board members and owners in the co-op, do you not elect your president? It should be as simple as voting this person out and someone else in. What power does he have if you as the members refuse to listen or back him up? If it is a physical issue or he is improperly using co-op funds, I would think you could contact the police to retrieve the funds and any papers, and if he becomes a real problem the person himself.
