Buy a used one from a junk yard and change it yourself. Don't have the skills? Then trade favors with the guy next door.

I have a feeling that your not gonna find a window for your Aztec in a salvage yard. So the three main components in you power windows are the switch, motor and the window regulator. The window regulator is a cable and arm assembly that actually lifts the window using the motors power. If you can go to a shop and get the problem diagnosed. Ask them to tell you what is wrong with the thing. When they tell you call around to the shops in your area and find out if they will fix the window and how much it will cost. Do not let the people who diagnose it fix it till you are satisfied with their price and if they wont fix it for a reasonable price tell them you will take it somewhere else. Make sure that the shop that fixes it will guarantee their work. I hope this is helpful. GM CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN. Now in the US Army.

Check out your high school or community college offering car repair courses. They frequently repair items inexpensively as a teaching tool for the students. Also check out local church and/or civic groups that may offer free or low cost auto repair.

Where do you live? You can call around to different mechanics in your area or you can go to a salvage yard, get the pieces, and do it yourself.
