It depends on your personality type and what you wish to achieve. Do you lean towards cool or warm colours? Are you trying to look slimmer? If you have a perfect built, anything you wear will look good on you!
If something is outlandishly in fashion but you are conservative, would you wear it? The best way, is to browse some fashion magazines and get a feel of what you'd like or want to wear.
Otherwise, an image consultant can help you to find your TRUE IMAGE STYLE.
For make-up, you can use ANY COLOUR but some TONES may look too ghastly on certain skin tones. I highly-suggest you ask a make-up consultant.
If you are in a hurry, a blusher, lip gloss and just some mascara can do wonders for a quick "perk-me-up". Use the right tones (for all your cosmetic colours) and you shouldn't go wrong.
Some makeup consultants would encourage you to use anti-ultraviolet foundation, if protection against the sun is also your concern. Your foundation should be as close to your "jawline colour" as much as possible, to retain a natural look.

I think what would enhance your personality more would be to get over thinking of yourself as "perfect built," and Snow White beautiful.
Perhaps you are. Perhaps you could be a model and make millions. But it does not suit your image of perfection to be describing yourself as perfect. A perfect lady would not do so.
Now, then: is there anything at all that is sufficiently imperfect about you that you actually need tips on how to look even better than you do, or was this just an excuse to describe yourself? You would do well to take note of the character Gilderoy Lockhart in "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets." He was quite taken with himself, too, but was actually quite a fool. Even his biggest fans eventually recognized he was nothing but a shallow fraud.

I would suggest wearing outfits which will show off your long slender legs like short skirts/dresses and sexy high heels.

please state your weight honestly if you want the best advice.........
You are a little tall so play that down a bit......make up tips are hard to give without a picture...... show as much skin as possible...........and don't go heavy on the make up if you don't need it....
a nice pair of ultra low rise flare jeans, medium wash, as tight as possible, with a top of your choosing, and wear flip flops.....
and a thong

My personal oppinion, you don't need make up, if you have a great complexion, and wear what ever you feel comfortable in
