The cracks are all across the LCD screen.

Your best bet would b 2 find a replacement screen on ebay, or find somebody thats selling the same laptop 4 parts on ebay. Normally if u cant find something on ebay, it doesnt exsist.

A good place to look is either eBay or http://www.screentekinc.com
Don't call Sony, unless you are under warranty. They will charge you close to $900 for the screen. You can find it for around 400 other places.

gosh that is going to cost a lot i dont know how much Sony will ask for on how much i know when the motherboard die off on a dell they ask for $599 to fix it , you can just add a monitor to the sony for now monitor port at the back then call sony to ask how much to have it fixed but look out they will ask a lot , good luck
