Yes there are some great country comedy songs. Check out any of Ray Stephens stuff. Joe diffi did 3rd rock from the sun. Check out Pickup Man. The devil went down to Jamaka. Lazy american. Would you like Fries with that. Thats all I can think of now and just type the names of these songs into a serch engine like Kazaa, limewire, or yahoo and u should be able to listen to some and find some that you like. Also check out she thinks my tractors sexy and try typing in funny country song.

Does "Grandma Got Runover By A Reindeer" count?

I do not know if you considered "Weird Al Yankovic" a country artist, but his "Achy Breaky Song" (Originaly: Achy Breaky Heart - Billy Ray Cyrus) was so funny.

By explicit, do you mean dirty????
This isn't dirty but I think it is hilarious and that is the album by Cowboy Troy called Loco Motive. Expecially the tunes: "I Play Chicken With The Train", "Crick in my Neck" and "My Last Yee-Haw"
