every time i try to print it says the status is waiting on documents and nothing else pops up help please

u may fix ur problem by:
1) first go to printer window and cancell all printer job then restart ur window it will work
2) ur priter driver may be corrupt try to reinstall ur printer driiver
3) see ur printer port some time it loose and give such type of messages
4) see ur printer cable it may be loose

You may have documents in que. Look near the bottom right of the screen near the clock for a printer icon. If it is there, right clk it and cancell all print jobs in que. Sometimes you have to turn off the printer and back on to do the cancell thing.
If this doesn't fix it, post the question again with more info. like:
did it ever print? / will it print anything? / what are you trying to print? and any more info. you have.
