It's been locked by Yahoo for 3 months now! Is there a need for me to pay Yahoo in order for me to open it? I am sure, I already got more than a thousand messages there. Please, help me. I've already followed all the instructions here but still in vain. Thank you.

It's been closed by Yahoo for lack of use hence the reason why you can't open it. Even if it's activated by Yahoo again, I'm afraid all your mail will have been deleted.
