omfg wtf dont worry about that kind of things with a 2yr old that is total bull! yes it is good for children to have water but not for that reason!

but with the amount of water a day,
I think you can be guided by his thirst, making sure water is always available and as appealing as possible. If he is really resistant to water

EVERY time, you could dilute juice 50-50 with water maybe 2 times a day and stick to that limit. Juice will provide hydration, although of course water is ideal. I tried to teach my daughter juice and sweet drinks are for taste, water is for thirst.

Hi,

Give ur baby as many water as he or she drinks. There is no limit for intake of water and also no side effects for intake of water.

The only thing is that, the problem may occur if they do not take water, if ur baby is taking less water, dont wait till he or she asks, give them as frequently as u can.

Good intake of water is really very good for health

firstly a 2 yr old aint a baby, its a toddler. secondly, r u that shallow that u need ur child to have clear skin. my 2yr old has a very healthy diet and has perfect skin...its natural. as for water every morning i give him a big beaker of it and i fill it up as he drinks it, same goes for his brother.

Good heavens, don't start worrying about that stuff so soon. A two year old's skin is perfect as it is. Just teach good nutrition and encourage good hygiene as he/she grows up.

You don't want the child to grow up overly concerned about appearance.

It varies between individuals. But I shall believe that 500 ml to 800 ml shall be alright.
