Where can I order a second hand notebook with a warranty?

I am trying to save some $$$. Certainly it would be better to buy a new one.

Anyway, I would like to buy a second hand notebook with a warranty. I would prefer buying an Apple, but would consider a PC.
Also, I would like the notebook to be no more than a few years old.

Perhaps you can provide a link to a site.

Go refurbished, not used. They are all over the place. Dell .com, staples, office depot, circuit city walmart, do some research around your neighborhood,
