A simple "NO" would be my answer. Why C'mon Hooters doesn't have cakes, clowns, balloons or anything. No fun the kid would be in "HOOTER" shock. Hey here's a tip how about the traditional place for a kids parties. (Chucky / Cheese)?

If my parents gave me parties like that as a kid, I think I would have given them a lot more respect, and we may have gotten along a lot better too. Their Christmas presents sure would've been a lot nicer. When will parents EVER learn?

There's nothing really wrong with it except the name, but a kid would just think it was about owls. I've been to "regular" restaurants where the waitresses wear less than they do there.
