you probably have a desease or something. You should go see a doctor about it. I have the same problem but it is not a desease. Its just that I have absolutely no drive or motivation whatsoever, so I naturally sleep through the entire day, and most of the night. However, in your case, since you describe it even on buses...which is kinda creepy, fucked up and outright ridiculous. It most probably means you are genetically defective and have a chemical imbalance...which means see a doctor, a psychiatrist, and buy some pills and you'll be just fine.....

;)

cheers,

I was kidding about the genetically defective part---I just weaved nicely rhetorically into my internet paragraph, and since I was bored and needed to give my pointless unmotivated life some temporary meaning, I wrote it down.

I was going through the same thing! I could easily sleep up to 18 hours a day and was always tired. It's not as simple as most people think. It's not that you don't want to wake up...you just can't.

I went to the doctor (finally) a couple of weeks ago, and was diagnosed with hypersomnia. Basically it's the opposite of insomnia but not quite Narcolepsy.

I was given a prescription (for a 1 month trial) to assist with the issue and it does seem to be getting better every day. I'm not saying this is what you have, but it may be worth checking into it.

I feel for you and wish you all the best in resolving your problem.

Take care of you!

Best to go and have a blood test done, you may have an under-active thyroid, which is easily solved with the right medication. If there is no evidence of anything medically wrong with you, then you need to get some more exercise, look at your diet as well as if you eat poorly then you can't expect your body to function efficiently

I was like that when I was at school and it turned out I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME). You need to see your doctor and have a blood test to rule out anything serious and then they will be able to help you.

I find energy drinks and caffiene pills helped me a little, but weren't enough to solve all my problems, plus they aren't strictly safe to be using on a long term basis as caffeine addiction is horrible to come out of.

I am like that as well! All you need to do is just eat alot of healthy food, like fruit and veg, and other food that will keep your energy up and not come down straight away. If you eat junk food you would get a quick boost but go down quickly, making you feel low & tired easily. and also have enough sleep!

i hope this helps :)

Well for starters try to avoiding sleeping over excessively when you get the chance but the best way to keep yourself awake is to keep yourself preoccupied ! oh and another thing is if you have any sorta stress,It makes it much harder either does two different things keeps you up or puts you down! , Or you could have the kissing disease too there's always that 'Monoucleus' I think the name is?. Just my general oppinion....

Exercise always invigorates. If you already exercise,,then try Red Bulls. Im in the Navy and when we are working on deployment in the Gulf,,Red Bulls and coffee are Gods gift.. Caffeine pills do but arent good for you at all and they always stop working after frequent use...So I would say,,exercise and Red Bull..

Caffine Pills

Although getting too little sleep and Caffine Pills don't mix... Try sleeping more during the night
