There is a great steak restaurant in Fresno, CA (hopfully located in other cities as well) called Black Angus. It has a relaxed atmosphere, plentiful booths, lots of enclosed seating and I've always had good dining experiences there.

My favorite is The Krugersdorp Game Reserve, in South Africa.The have great food, great service and wonderful atmosphere.
