If your PC (Laptop?) come with the super-video socket, and your TV also has a supervideo socket, get a supervideo cable and connect them together.

If your PC don't have a super-video connector, then you have to buy graphic (video) card that has either RGB output, or supervideo output, or both. Use either one to connect to the TV. For destop, it is a either a PCI-express card or an AGP card (check your motherboard). For Laptop, it is a PCMCIA card. Some adptor can accept USB and change it to video as well.
