I am trying to gain weight. I'm 21, male, 6 foot, and 140lbs. I've heard all the dietary answers, workout suggestions. I want to know if there is a fast way (legal way) to put on pounds. Of all the pills out there, which are the best based on personal results.

Yes, there's a very effective way if you know the natural shocking secret to effective slimming and staying slim!

To put on weight, do the following:-
1. Take a lot of starchy food including rice, pasta, oat meal, potatoes, peanuts, etc
2. Drink more gassy drinks, eat sweets, chocolates, french fries
3. Eat food using cooking oil (vegetable oil, peanut or corn oil) that doesn't convert to energy quickly

The only problem is, you may not be putting on the pounds WHERE you want them to be. I suggest eating healthily instead of even trying to put on weight. If there are any pills that encourage weight gain, they may already contain all the carbohydrates, fat and sugar mentioned in the above "diet plan".

There is no fast way to gain weight that won't be harmful to your health. Talk to athletic trainers at a nearby college and see if they can recommend a workout program that will help you get in shape and build up muscle mass--muscle weighs more than fat and is much healthier in terms of total body weight. As far as supplements that can help you bulk up without destroying your health, go to a health-food store and check out protein powders. But like I said, unless you do this in conjunction with a consistent workout program, it will do nothing except add dead weight that won't help your health.

Eat more and lift heavier weights. It will take as long as it takes.

If you are considering using steroids, forget it. They will give you good short term results, but with disasterous side effects and long term serious damage to your health in later life. Why do you think Arny S needed major heart surgery in later life ?
