I designed this website for my cross country team, and I would just like some feedback on it. (the site isn't completely finished)

If you are a proffesional web designer, please tell me what improvements I can make to it

I designed, wrote the codes, scripts and even the news articles myself. Also, all of the photos were taken by me.

To be honest, unless you are integraing XML with your swf file, updating the content would be quite hard and tedious IMO. I think for the purpose of the site, it would be better to stick with HTML/CSS (if you understand it) for the content, and you can use the flash portion (at about 1/3 of the height) for the page header and navigation. I see you have already done a lot animation-wise, so my suggestions will probably be more trouble than it is worth.

The biggest thing that bothers be is the green text on the front page that reads "XC06". The green color just seems too out of place. I think it would be better to stick to a non-bold typeface with the color of white. Otherwise, it's looking good.

It looks like a template. Are you using the existing code of freebie builder that came with your domain?

Don't get me wrong, it looks nice, but I have a feeling that you didn't "write" it.
