why stress over life ?your choices will make or break you,we all leave our parents with the thought we know what were 're doing and then reality sets in and we're not quite as smart as we kept trying to convince our parents we were.these years are your learning years, learning about you and your place in the world outside of home.you will make some bad choices and they will teach you how to make better ones.learning to step into the world is sort of like learning to walk, you fall down sometimes, you get back up.eventually if you are determined, you figure it out.Your 30's will bring new awareness and you will start to feel more confident and grown up,you will remember your bad choices from your 20's and improve on them, thus improving on yourself. Your 40's will really be interesting b/c i think these are the years when a person really becomes mature,if you don't fear age,you will really like your 40's.Well i am in my 50"s now and boy if you get here you feel like the wise man of the family, you have been through so much self inflicted life lessons you are amazed at all the knowledge you've learned.Take life easy and you will find life interesting and you will come to enjoy change with out fear.

Well you answered it yourself actually. "YOU" are stressing it.
It's the way you are taking it that is causing you your problems, not being in your 20's. Life is full of stresses and everydifferent stage brings on new things to learn and understand.
You are now learning what it is to really be a responsible adult. In the future You will have to learn how to be married and later how to be a mother and so on.

It is sometimes easier said than done but you have to get the attitude so things don't bothere you or you will go nutz...

The best way is to always look at the big picture...

You have a bad hair day and you are stressing over it. Ethiopians are having a bad food month and dieing because of it.

You are having trouble with a co-worker.
Our military is having trouble with muslims trying to bomb them.

Our problems are really piddly little whimpers compared to the big picture.

You are entering the "real world" so to speak, and figuring out life on your own terms. That can be very difficult.
I so understand how you feel, I share the sentiment.
