i dont smoke it either but i believe that if i did want to i should be able to! i am a grown man and deserve to smoke a joint after a hard days work. just my belief. what if the government told you that you couldnt wear your favorite sneakers would you throw them away? i bet not.

At the very least DECRIMINALIZE it. Make it the same status as alcohol and tabacco.

I don't smoke pot, but it should be legal. Who is the governement to tell me what I should do to myself? If I want to do something that doesn't hurt anyone else but me, shouldn't I do it? Even though I don't take any drugs except for alcohol and nicotine, I think every drug should be legal. Especially pot. Weed isn't bad for you, other than that you get lazy and fat, but that's just about all Americans anyways.

I think it should be legalized. I have 3 sons and by far, I would rather see them smoke a joint as to even open 1 beer.

At least allow "medical marijuana" for senior citizens.... if anyone deserves to sit in their basement watching TV all day while getting high, it's retirees.
